LONG HORN SHEEP SKULL IN PROGRESS

Getting started on this Long Horn Sheep Skull piece for my Steamboat Springs show July 21! This series is all Western Art related and comes from my roots of growing up in a mountain town. The wildlife was a huge part of why I loved growing up in Steamboat so much. My family lived out of town on a county road where Elk and Deer were always coming around and the natural environment was so serene and peaceful.

Now living in the city, I miss that more and more as time goes by. It was such a unique part of my childhood, I appreciate it as I get older. This piece was made to touch on those nostalgic memories.

DOG PORTRAIT APPROVED BY THIS LITTLE MAN

When I went to drop off this commission I had the pleasure of meeting my clients Pug that the work was of! It was hilarious to hold up the picture next to him! Such a personality!

THE MOMENT YOU SEE YOUR CUSTOM PIECE FOR THE FIRST TIME

It’s always so exciting to meet with my clients to deliver their custom piece they commissioned me to create. That moment when you watch their eyes gaze over the piece for the first time. My client loves Salvador Dali, he is his favorite artist and mine too, so creating this piece was an absolute blast. Thanks Brian for such a fun commission!
