How and when should interested customers contact me?

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, I do! If I am already booked and you would like a piece created in a short amount of time or rushed for a holiday there is a 50% up charge of your total cost.

What are your payment terms?

At the time of booking a commissioned piece, a 50% non- refundable deposit is required to get on Rashelles books. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion.

Do you accept tips?

Yes, tips are greatly appreciated, but not expected.

Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?

Clients who commission pieces are given the option of having the artwork framed by me. I give them options of what style frame they like at a competitive price. All custom frames come with a wiring backing for easy installation on a client’s wall.

Do you have a return policy?

No, with all artwork being original and/or custom I do not offer a return or refund. All commissioned work is approved via photograph before shipped.
